Support Form Security & Human Verification.

Whenever a visitor contacts OGA support or submits any OGA form, the website should require live human verification, email/phone validation where appropriate, anti-spam traps, and backend duplicate/fraud checks.

Messages should be protected by HTTPS/TLS while submitted and encrypted/restricted after receipt, but still readable immediately by authorized OGA staff through secure login so support can respond quickly.

OGA should not store credit card numbers on the website. Donations should be processed only through approved payment processors, and the website must remain free of ads, sponsored widgets, pop-ups, and ad-tracking scripts.
